Loved gorgeous breakfast, brand-new room.

The location was nice, you can visit Via Garibaldi by walking. The hotel was in a downtown area.

Outstandingly helpful staff, it was just perfect stay.

Location: the hotel was so close to the embankment between St Marks Square and the Arsenal near river boat stops and restaurants, San Giorgio Maggiore and Maria della salute and major attractions. Had a hot breakfast with fresh pastries...

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff, with attentive service including constant water refills and a bathroom cleaned without request after a midday shower, combined with a convenient room service breakfast option that works perfectly and easy access to transportation being just 15 km from the airport.

Nothing to improve on.

I loved the cozy vibe and the free drinks in the minibar. We enjoyed a relaxing massage and the sauna, great after our busy days. The only hiccup was the wait during check-in, but overall, it was a lovely experience 😊

The Junior Suite with Lagoon View was perfect, with fine views and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast featured healthy snacks, but a larger variety of fruits and gluten-free options would elevate it even further. The hospitality was really good, but a few more breakfast selections would enhance the experience.

The location was perfect, a stone's throw from major sights, yet provided an oasis of calm. Our Junior Suite was elegantly designed, feeling cozy but modern. I loved that they arranged a complimentary trip to Murano, a fantastic bonus! Plus, the bar had some great cocktails. Try asking for Davide or Marco-they'll whip up something special for you.

Staff were attentive and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. Ivan, the concierge, provided excellent suggestions for local experiences and arranged activities seamlessly. The quiet location allowed me to escape the tourist crowds, and the bar had charming cocktails. The wifi login process was complicated, and I missed having a desk in the room for work. Cocktails at the bar seemed overpriced, even for Venice. A lovely stay but could improve wifi accessibility and pricing.
